At Bobotta, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to help our customers feel confident in their purchase. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to use them for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience their benefits.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
- Requests made after 24 hours may not be accommodated, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched.
- If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
If you are still dissatisfied, you may request a return after 14 days and within 30 days of purchase.
Important notes:
- Refunds apply to the product price only.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility is assessed once the return request is reviewed.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g. dented boxes) where the product itself is intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery

- Include clear photographic evidence of the damage
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Bobotta is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or logistical disruptions.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
